You can give them idli,upma, dalia, ragi porridge , roti, rice, Kichidi,, panner, egg yolk and non veg if preferred , different variety of dals, chana , rajma, panner, curds, milk ,oats , sago, dry fruits and nuts.

include curd along with meal

variety of seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits
