#asktheexperts wee my 3 months old baby is not sleeping whole night, he sleeps whole day.. 2 weeks back he used to sleep few hours in day and 5 to 6 hours in night, now hardly he sleeps 2 hours in night

A. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs witht a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.
