#asktheexperts We started solids(Ragi porridge) to our 6month baby but he didnt poop from 4 days.. ia worried a lot.. When he was on breastmilk and formula milk, that time he was not pooping daily.. he used to poop 10 days once..Now aftee starting solids also same situation.. he didnt poo from 4 days.. what to do pls tell nw doctor iam worried a lot.. He cries for no reason... dont know wgats happening

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. crying is because of constipation, Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
Give Prune juice is one of the effective solutions to treat constipation in babies
