#asktheexperts we are using iron syrup on low himoglobin to baby after using that his teeth discoloration started to blackish, now we stopped using from yesterday.. please suggest further

A. Hi yes intake of iron supplements causes Black discoloration or staining of kid's milk teeth.. while giving the supplements mix it up with plain water or fruit juices.. maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily
