Go for all kind of vegetable purée fruits pure vegetable soups Supposed to be very good for kids along with that you can use beetroot and carrot also and apart from that I’m going to going to advise you to go ahead with all kind of Suji items like Akki Upma Halwa quinoa oats ragi Paneer cheese curd all these things can be given to the child
