RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl1 week agoA. At least 2 hours to 3 hours gap is good to be maintained and it is totally on you how do you want to make a schedule because it will completely depend upon the sleep timing wake up time and daytime rap schedule that you have for your child
