#asktheexperts want to check with the gynaecologist , do I need to see the doctor after breastfeeding.. actually I hv twin kids and they have stop taking it..bt there is a little amount of milk production

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, If you want to increase your breast milk supply, maintain healthy and balanced diet. Add green leafy vegetables into your diet. Soak one tsp of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water and leave it overnight and early morning boil this soaked fenugreek well and strain this mixture and drink this tea. This will help more milk production.
