If the child is becoming weak despite of having a proper diet then could be due to poor digestion or nutritional deficiency when the food doesn’t get digested by the body is not accepted because of nutritional deficiency this kind of problem can happen so you can consult your doctor once and also make sure that the milk is given in a moderate amount not more than half a litre
