#asktheexperts twin babies 5 month old, exclusively BF, but till now are feeding every half HR to 1 hr, 8:30 pm sleep but keep waking till 12 every 50 min and then sleep 3 hrs and wake for feed. please suggest if some nutrition is deficient or hungry. sceptic if should strt giving lactogen 1 for one time a day wid bottle

A. Yes You can go ahead with giving actually formula feeding to the child because I believe your breast feeding is not working out sufficiently for the child which is why your child is waking up every now and then during the dinner give Khichdi or something which is heavy and out before your child goes to sleep half an hour prior give formula feeding and see if that helps you
