Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. normal in the baby c In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

Hello ma’am During summer this is completely normal kid can I sweat on their forehead behind the head and when they’re sleeping so always maintain a proper temperature in the room when you’re making your child sleep if you want to use AC you can the temperature has to be somewhere around 25 to 26 during that time
