#asktheexperts this is 7th month's growth scane please check and guide me that what can I do for normal delivery

Eat proper check with the doctor according to the report what all exercises can you do which will help in normal vaginal delivery because some exercises like duck walk little bit of squats and these things are going to be quite helpful for you right now
