A. hi if you are giving iron supplements then stop it as per guidance from pediatrician. start brushing your kids teeth two times a day using a soft silicon finger toothbrush.

A. Are you giving any iron supplement to the child as that can definitely be a reason for the teeth to turn black because they’re absolutely black right now I think it would be good for you to take a guidance with the dentist once you can get the child examined physically by a dentist
