A. hi yes , it is common to get after delivery. but to get relief in pain ,I would suggest some tips ,hope it help: first , don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. take Healthy and nutritious diet. especially High protine and calcium rich food items more. avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad which help to get relief in pain.
