Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. thanks for ua ans .... but the problem is m 26 yr old and I hv lil stomach problem yup I big thing I m post covid patient and I still have chest allergy ... and you know ma'am my weight is only 47 ... I tried lots of thing to gain weight but everything fails.... will you plx suggest something I try and I weigh gain ... I was very healthy not thin not fat but now m skinny,😒 hope you understand what my problem is?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening there is nothing to worry if you have a low immunity system I would recommend you to just make sure that you try to have food which will help to boost immunity
