#asktheexperts Sir, My son is one year three months baby...and now I m consuming again......now it's second month....can I give him breastfeeding.....?????if I can till how many day can I give???

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
have Sunbath every morning.
have 1000 extra calories per day

While you're breastfeeding your toddler, your unborn baby will still get all the nutrients she needs from your body. Make sure you're eating well, so you don't go short yourself.
