Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. child is having running nose and cold therefore so cold is most of the time flu Infection or allergic reaction where decongestants like sinarest can be given along with steam inhalatiovn with vapocaps to relieve the symptoms and further consult doctor
