chanduMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. use medine, keep checking temp once in 4hrs. give warm water to keep hydrated. Cover ur baby with warm clothes and bedsheet.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having feverd
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicinesd (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

It’s very low-grade fever like Just fever has started to happen so it’s good to give Calpol to the child or any other paracetamol that you have available that’s something you can repeat after six hours if the temperature rises continue with it with every six hours gap
