ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Frequently eye discharge may be due to allergy, infection or trauma by nail of baby or blocked nasolacrimal duct. If it is due to blocked nasolacrimal duct since birth we have to reopen that duct with massage Massage from inner side of eyes to the tip of nose. It will help Nasolacrimal duct can also be blocked due to nasal congestion Visit ur nearest pediatrician once for detail examination of ur baby. eoe

I went to eye expert and they gave zentob eye drop. and said this is only drop will be given to children. and now he is fine. he had infection since 1 month and we were giving him oflox drops which were not ment for baby. So use zentob drop only.
