#asktheexperts Sir,I just want to know about baby nutrition. My baby is 4 months+. He is continuing breast feeding . What will plan for better nutrition along with breast feeding ?

mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. It is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrients required for growth and development of the baby.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food
