Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk dat least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello dear parents if you baby is having fever and loose motion you have to consult doctor first then give any medicine also keep warm water to drink and liquid food items more also give breast feeding to baby
