#asktheexperts should we start semi-solids? if yes, what's the safest options

A. Namaste Mom, You can initially start with liquid consistency foods such as dal, rice water or vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices as such only when the baby gets comfortable and accepts it well you can then gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods
