teething is a natural process and there's no need to give any medication for that.
babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. so keep checking for the signs of teething.

Hello ma’am Yes you can give it to your child as it really helps a lot in easy teething and it is recommended to be given to a child when your child is having its teeth.. So yes go ahead and give it for the time being you can give six tablets three times in a day with a gap of six hours
