Constipation is common to be seen for first six months complete because a child is on hundred percent liquid diet and a lot of time they don’t poop also for number of days but as you are mentioning the child there is no problem at all in that case because if the child shows a discomfort then it’s an issue otherwise it’s normal with what you mentioned right now
