A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut doil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor.
do not apply anyd type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

A. This could be due to some allergy or irritation in that area that is why it is developing a right now I can only advise you to apply coconut oil or Boroline anti septic cream regularly on to the affected area
