Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy11 months agoA. Allergies, infections, or climate changes may cause this. For a cold, give the child 2.5 ml of Allegra syrup twice daily. Prevent temperature fluctuations, use nasal saline drops for blockage, and indirect steam helps. Home remedies: Tulsi-Ginger drink (add honey if over 1 year) and turmeric milkx twice a day. Provide warm water. If no improvement in 2-3 days, consult a doctor. Use paracetamol for fever or pain.
