Dear mum start your baby's day with a a glass of milk or some fruit preferably go for banana as it is very good given in the daytime or last till afternoon after that at breakfast you can give the liya or it can be boiled egg also if you are non-vegetarian after 2-3 hours you can preferably of a milk to your baby with the help of feeder or tumbler then at lunch time you should give fresh curd along with some boiled veggies or whatever is being cooked in your kitchen without spices in the evening snack also so some finger food can be introduced
