DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is getting indigestion then give him breast feeding after every three hours and you should not eat more of pulses and nuts etc

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. only bf you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child. no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only. it is advisable to continue the the multi vitamin and supplement medicines given by your doctor
