This requires proper evaluation so in order to clear all your doubts regarding this and to get a proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be fra better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.
