ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Clean your baby’s face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently. use only mild baby skin lotion.. avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, oils, Vaseline on skin.

A. its due to heat.... use Mamaearth baby wash..and dusting powder. they are soft and talc free. keep the skin clean...
