#asktheexperts question regarding relactation is it possible to relactate after a gap of 3-4 of not breastfeeding the baby if yes, how can I go about it & any tips & supplements to increase the breastmilk

Namaste Mom, This tend to vary , so you have to observe , as its quite a time now, you can massage your breast , apply warm compress as well. have healthy diet include foods such as jeera, ajwain , saunf water, also drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves as well, oats, garlic, milk, panjiri. dry fruits , flax seeds etc
