Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent small discharge is ok but if the flow is heavy or continuous then please consult your gynecologist keep yourself well hydrated take supplements as suggested by your doctor use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 for drinking
