Sporolac you can give twice in a day you can give it for about three days but a probiotic that I am suggesting you have to go ahead with a check with your doctor to know why your child is suffering with loose motions probably could be due to teething and sometimes could be due to stomach infection as well as you need to be more sure about it so accordingly the further medication can be suggested
