RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl2 weeks agoA. You should give more of fibres and fluids in the diet give buttermilk and papaya twice in a day start the day with a glass of warm water apply some castor oil in the navel before Sleeping help a lot better and easy digestion + motion
