Postpartum depression is very common with women so I would suggest you that you can consult your doctor if you need to tell help you with a medicine that is going to help in reducing download depression otherwise I would suggest you to go for Himalaya Eves two tablets twice a day for two months that is going to be helpful and if you anything that is troubling you a depressing you then you can talk to your husband or the most trusted person around so that you can have an E is associated with that
