A. Hello! A healthy three course meal should be enough for your child’s proper growth. You should give breakfast, like Idly, Dosa, vegetable Upma, vegetable Paratha and so on. For lunch and dinner, it should be Dal, Chawal, Roti and Sabzi. For mid morning and evening snack, you can give seasonal fruits, roasted Makhana and so on.
