Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hmm and mera beta 3' 4 din se khana khane ke baad bhi bar bar khana maangta hai, esa kyu? usko 6 weeks se fever bhi tha, jisme usne sirf chai biscuits hi khaye the, and fever utte 4 days ho gye hai, tbse vo bhot khana maangra hai, use thodi liver and spleen me sujan ki bhi dikkt hai
