#asktheexperts please let me know how much quantity of food can we offer to a 1 year 1 month old baby

A. Quantity completely depends on your toddler's eating habits and hunger. My baby girl is 1year 3weeks old. She usually consumes 4 spoons of cerelac for breakfast but sometimes only 2 spoons so as I said it entirely depends on the child. If the child is going through any milestone phase or sleep regression period then this hunger level might reduce. So offer minimum quantity initially and maintain at least 2 to 3 hours gap between each meal. You will slowly figure out how much your baby eats. I have been there too!! :) :)

A. hi parent you can give four to five to meal to your child per day please maintain gape of two to three hours between two meals please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
