there is pus accumulated beneath thed swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.d
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream

The swelling is too much on the eyelid.
Consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby eyes.
