Q.

#asktheexperts ple help with baby's feed.. she is 1 month old today and since 2 days she is uneasy at night farts a lot is on top feed with bottle... and cries for milk in every 45 mins to 1 hour when awake... when given at last she vomits milk... what should be done..

A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 monzaths of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.

A. Give Himalaya Bonnie spaz Five drops to your child as of now I believe your child is suffering with colic pain which is why your child is crying like this so give this medicine your child will settle down after that try to give it about 30 minutes before you start feeding your child
