#asktheexperts passing green stools is any problem..since 1 month baby is passing green stools with smell..using aptamil formula milk powder and breastfeeding also sometimes... is it a sign of any infection or lactose intolerance ?how can it be cured?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. keep a watch on his weight gain, no it's not lactose intolerance.. stool of formula fed infants is just lightly odorous. Foul-smelling poop may have an intolerance or allergy. Kindly talk with your pediatrician for same.

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Good luck and take care.
