NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello this can be due to sore or crack nipple and you can apply nipple butter cream or if feeding is painful u can either use nipple shield or express your milk using Babyhug breastpump and feed the same using a bpa free bottle which should be better and safe
