Okay so you know when a problem like cold and cough is persistent it could probably be due to some kind of an allergy I think it would be best for you to conduct an allergy test for your child you rather be more sorted about what is the reason behind and also since you were mentioning that there is congestion in the chest till the time it is not going to be clear sometimes coughing can be continuous continue with nebulisation as per your doctors advice
