#asktheexperts one month old baby lactose intolerant.. mother cannot have milk and all dairy products...what options are available for mother for increasing breast milk

A. You can take some lactation supplements if it helps you and if your child is lactose intolerant then you can start with a proper treatment for the child from the beginning itself because that’s going to help in getting out of this issue over the period for your child
