Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worbry just give a comfortable position tgo the baby and no medicine is required.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. You can try setting your baby down either on a bouncy chair or an activity mat to break his habit of showing displeasure when he is not held. Set the baby in the chair a few minutes every day till he gets used to it. Stay close and do pick him up when he seems uncomfortable and starts crying.
