Ma’am there is no need to wait sometimes kids can take even once to get to get rid of this issue and sometimes it is just a matter of 15 to 20 days depending from child to child so there is no confirmation that can be given because not every child has a sleep regression which is why there’s no fixed time that I can suggest you
