#AsktheExperts Need recommendations for a sugar free milk powder.for my 2 years 4 months old baby boy, weighing around 12.5 kgs. We have started Pediasure, but noticed it has lots of sugar % in it.

A. it is not advisable to use any milk supplements because they contain large amount of sugar and milk has to be ideally given with either jaggery or very small amount of outside sugar otherwise avoid it if possible

A. Hello dear parent! All such kind of mixes contain sugars. Try making a homemade dry fruits mix that can be added to your child’s milk. The maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Good luck and take care.
