#asktheexperts my twin girls just 4 month. it's almost 140 days can I start semi foods. because they cry all night . I think am not getting sufficient milk for them. please suggest me something doctor

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
if mother milk is not sufficient you can give formula milk
