#asktheexperts my son who will 6 months on 5th June is creating lot of problems sleeping during day time. he wants to resist sleeping, fights and pushes to not sleep and cries a lot.. I have to constantly rock him in my arms to make him sleep. is it normal? how should I change his habit.

A. hi yes , its normal but as overstimulation can cause this ,i suggest to avoid it when you want to make your child sleep , you need to bring him at room one hour before the sleep time create or set necessary environment like use dim light , avoid distractions ,keep the environment calm and dark
