it contains variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products, etc.
so ,you can offer finger food like boiled potato, sweet potato, carrot ,green peas , variety of fruits , roasted paneer etc
you can prepare sheera ,suji kheer , upma,ragi porridge , multigrain idli,dhokla etc for your child.
