#asktheexperts my son likes to sleep keeping head on pillow. Is it ok for a 11 months old to sleep with pillow. I'm bit concerned about his spine and neck

Look it’s best of course that the child should sleep without pillow but if you are introducing a pillow some parents introduced it from the time of birth itself the kids get used to it which is completely fine if your child knows how to change the position while sleeping on the pillow then there is no problem
